Day 1: Tree Pose or Vrksasana. Whichever way you do this, eyes closed, arms open or to your heart, it is always a wonderful position to find yourself in. Stay here for 5-10 breaths and then back to Tadasana before switching sides. This beautiful pose improves your sense of balance and relieves sciatica tension/pain. Another great starter for #balancebasics!
