Day 1: Tree Pose or Vrksasana. Whichever way you do this, eyes closed, arms open or to your heart, it is always a wonderful position to find yourself in. Stay here for 5-10 breaths and then back to Tadasana before switching sides. This beautiful pose improves your sense of balance and relieves sciatica tension/pain. Another great starter for #balancebasics!

Day 1: Reclining Bound Angle Pose or Supa Budha Konasana. My lower back and hips are feeling tight after the past month I’ve had. This was a great opener to start off with, and though today was a bit tough on me- my savasana felt so ahhmazing.♡ So happy to be back at it, vinyasa flowww.~¤ #happyyogi #omshanti

“ Some writers need a while to charge their batteries, and then write their books very rapidly. Some writers write a page or so every day, rain or shine. Some writers run out of steam, and need to do whatever it is they happen to do until they’re ready to write again. ”
